Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof (photos/videos) is provided
Non-Refundable Items
• Opened coffee packages
• Used machines or accessories
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 
business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our 
side.

Return Conditions
Returns are accepted if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original 
packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless 
the item was defective or incorrect
• Returned items are inspected before approval
